Modular headphone cable. Essentially, two separate cables — a Core cable connected to your amplifier, a Y-Split cable connected to your headphones and both cables connected in the middle via a locking 4-pin connector.
If you upgrade your equipment in the future you’ll only need to buy a cable for the relevant parts, i.e. , the Y-Split cable for new headphones, or the Core cable for new source gear.

I am very pleased with these cables. I have a Y-split cable for my Fostex TH-909, along with three Core cables, all with the rather lovely Furutech connectors. I was surprised by the sound these cables are able to deliver. A great match for the Fostex. Beautifully made, flexible cables that I’m actually preferring to my far more expensive (and inflexible) silver cables. Eric is also great to communicate with, and very helpful when making last-minute order changes!
